  • We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery for most items
  • Return for any reason (change of mind, wrong size/color, etc.) – subject to conditions below
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories intact
  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: full refund + free return shipping (proof/photo required)

3. How to Return or Exchange

    • Item(s) to return/exchange
    • Reason (photos for damaged/defective items)
  2. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and (if applicable) a prepaid label
  3. Pack securely in original packaging and ship back using a trackable service
  4. Do not send returns without approval – unauthorized returns may be refused

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds issued to original payment method after inspection (5–10 business days)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless item is faulty/wrong
  • Exchanges: If stock available, we send replacement; otherwise, refund issued
  • For international returns (non-faulty): Customer covers return shipping to our fulfillment center
